Diet programmes that we create are not fad diets that you follow for a few weeks to see benefits.It is something you must pledge to yourself that you will be dedicated and self-disciplined throughout your time with us.
A body can shed a few kilos and inches in a month without harming it, but weight loss is multifactorial, and outcomes differ from person to person.
It depends on a variety of factors, including your food, medical history, amount of activity, stress, water intake, sleep habits, mental health, mindset, belief, and level of trust, to mention a few.
As long as you maintain your self-discipline, the weight will not return.
Instead, it's a diet and lifestyle plan in which we recommend foods that you can eat for the rest of your life, resulting in long-term results and a lifestyle shift.
The programmes we offer are non-transferable. If you can submit sufficient proof, we may be able to grant the transfer request.If you are unable to continue the programme due to a medical or other emergency,we can transfer before the program has started but the payment is already received by us. Standard transfer fee applicable is Rs.1999/- in such a situation. We do not entertain transfer of any program midway.
Please keep in mind that NO REFUNDS are given under any circumstances due to the nature of the services provided. As a result, it is critical to set clear expectations before enrolling.
In the first place, if you start with the appropriate expectations and mindset, there is no room for disappointment. This is a healthcare situation, not a business situation. There is no product exchange. We make an irrevocable charge for our time and skills.
If you discontinue the ongoing programme for any reason (e.g. pregnancy, illness, vacation, etc.), you may not receive a refund.
